How Temprid FX Insecticide Works

Temprid FX contains imidacloprid, a poison that negatively affects insects. It disrupts the nervous system and prevents the pests from feeding and grooming, which leads to their death. It also contains beta-cyfluthrin, a synthetic pyrethroid that mimics natural pyrethrum in the wild. It works quickly after ingestion or contact and causes paralysis, leading to the insect's death.

Where to Use Temprid FX

Use Temprid to kill general household pests indoors. Though it can be used outdoors to treat perimeter pests, it should be applied carefully as it can kill insect pollinators such as honeybees. It's also labeled for indoor-only use in New York. It works for various applications, including sprays, mists and foams. Apply it where pests may enter buildings or could be hiding and nesting in and around:

• Water pipes
• Eaves
• Cabinetry
• Appliances
• Furniture
• Crawlspaces
