Lost Orders
Phoenix Environmental Design Inc will provide tracking information by email to our customers for every order placed through our website. It is the responsibility of the customer to be aware of the tracking information and be on the lookout for their order to arrive. We will not be responsible for lost or stolen orders that receive tracking information
