Precor 2000 Plus insecticide contains a residual toxin known as permethrin and an insect growth regulator, or IGR, called methoprene. These two ingredients work together to provide total pest control against adult insects and their larvae and eggs.
The active ingredient Permethrin is a synthetic pyrethroid and attacks the central nervous system of the target insects. It's a slow-acting toxin, so the insect has time to become infected and to transmit the chemical ingredient to other members of the colony. Once the pest contacts or ingests permethrin, the chemical acts on the muscles and makes them overexcited, eventually causing paralysis and death.
Methoprene affects larvae and eggs, disrupting the life cycle of the target pests. It prevents the insects from being able to mature and to produce young, thus ending the infestation. Combining methoprene with permethrin makes Precor 2000 a complete pest control product.
Precor 2000 insecticide spray can be used in homes, businesses and industrial areas. It's labeled for indoor use only, not for treating pests outdoors on the lawn or any exterior structures. One aerosol spray can treats 2,000 square feet of space. It provides total elimination of various pests in garages, hotels and supermarkets, including retail shops and convenience stores. Some common areas for use include:
It's important to cover fish, reptile and mammal aquariums before spraying Precor 2000. Though it's safe to use around pets, it should never be applied directly to the animals. Refer to the instructions for more details about using this insecticide indoors to treat pests.
Use Precor 2000 Premise Insecticde Spray to kill and to control fleas and ticks indoors where they hide in carpets, clutter and furnishings. The main pyrethroid knocks down the pests and provides long-lasting control of the adults. The IGR attacks the larvae and the eggs and prevents the young from maturing and reinfesting the interior space. The active ingredients also provide pest protection against other insects such as ants and cockroaches.
Fleas infest interiors in a matter of weeks and can make life miserable for people indoors. If fleas and ticks have invaded homes and offices, control the infestation with Precor 2000 Premise Spray. It's a combined adulticide and an IGR, attacking adult pests and preventing the young from maturing. It eliminates existing infestations and puts a halt to reinfestations for months. This effective insecticide also targets ants and roaches, making it a viable product for controlling indoor pest insects in residential and commercial spaces.
