QuickSilver Herbicide contains carfentrazone-ethyl, an effective ingredient that interrupts the weeds' chlorophyll synthesis. It disrupts weed cell membranes and completely eradicates the plants within 14 days after application. Susceptible weeds will start to show symptoms in 24 hours or less. QuickSilver Herbicide does not harm birds, earthworms or honeybees, making it an environmentally friendly method for eliminating weeds. Because QuickSilver Herbicide is a contact herbicide, it does not offer residual control. However, you can use it as a tank mix with a residual herbicide for long-term protection.
Apply QuickSilver Herbicide in places where weeds threaten turfgrass and ornamental plants. Some target application areas include:
QuickSilver Herbicide works best on summer and winter annual seedlings and provides broad-spectrum control when it's mixed with another post-emergent herbicide. It keeps museum and hospital landscapes pristine and healthy and eliminates excessive weed growth in recreational areas and athletic fields.
With the active ingredient carfentrazone-ethyl, QuickSilver Herbicide works quickly to kill more than 50 broadleaf weeds.
QuickSilver also targets and kills London rocket, annual sowthistle and common dayflower. You can also use it for the burndown and control of silvery thread moss on lawns and golf course greens.
For the control of common weeds, use QuickSilver herbicide. Its active ingredient works hard to kill bothersome weeds within 24 hours of application. QuickSilver combines well with other herbicides and fungicides and targets invasive weeds without harming birds, honeybees and soil organisms. It also works in cool and warm climates, providing quick knockdown in every season.
