Liquid insecticides work quickly to kill insect pests inside and outside homes and businesses. Cynoff EC is like other insecticides in that it eliminates various insects on contact. However, it features a synthetic pyrethroid that remains effective at targeting pests for a longer time. It comes in a ready-to-mix formula and applies easily to cracks, crevices, spots and other surfaces.

    How Cynoff EC Insecticide Works

Cynoff EC Insecticide contains 24 percent cypermethrin, a higher dosage than similar insecticides on the market. It's a synthetic pyrethroid, which mimics the same effects of naturally occurring pyrethrums in the wild. In nature, chrysanthemum flowers produce this substance to repel plant-eating insects. In the lab, this synthetic chemical works on contact and paralyzes the insects, killing them after a short time.

Because it comes in liquid form, Cynoff EC Insecticide works more quickly than similar granular insecticides. The cypermethrin is more stable than natural pyrethrum and continues to work for a long time after it's applied to the target surfaces. It works as a contact and a residual pesticide and kills numerous insects such as ants, roaches and wasps.
